We, the founders of Unwritten Foundation, inspired by a shared commitment to fostering empowerment, sustainable development, and social justice for marginalized communities, hereby establish this constitution to guide the organization’s operations, activities, and future endeavors. Our mission is to create opportunities for disadvantaged groups, particularly the Urdu-speaking community, orphans, and others, through education, skill development, and job placement services, ultimately promoting greater economic independence, social integration, and human dignity.
Vision: To be a leading organization in Bangladesh that provides marginalized communities with the skills, resources, and opportunities needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving world.
Mission: To offer inclusive and accessible vocational training, technical skills development, job placement services, and advocacy for the rights of marginalized groups, thereby contributing to social and economic justice.
